i loved a girl , i told her , she accepted it bt, unfortunately wth in a week she rejected it by giving a reason " parents " . why its so ?

There should be an explanation why her parents did not want you? Or maybe they are not against you, but they don't want their girl has a boyfriend yet.
Did you ask her the reason behind parents?

If she would have been loved you really too much, than she would tried to destroy all obstacles!
So try to be happy and try to forget her, I think that is the best thing for now :(
